Disangagement Theory It is based on the observation in the ground forces study of Cumming and Henry (1979) According to this theory, aging is an inevitable mutual withdrawal or disengagement, resulting in lessen interaction between aging person and others in the social systems he belongs to.ii. Taking proper and healthy diet and involve in some physical activities that will suit them.Aging is an inevitable process in everyones life.
